My experience across the past 4 decades provides me with the capacity and understanding to work with people at every stage of their work and personal life: in the world of work, from those new to a leadership role to senior executives who find themselves addressing issues at Board and macro/political levels; in personal life, supporting people through transition and major life changes, exploring meaning and purpose, in relationships and in times of crisis, trauma and challenge
